1780 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before using any services provided by 1780. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1780 platform (including the website, mobile app, and related services), you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are required to discontinue use of the platform immediately.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 1780 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these Terms will be deemed as acceptance of those changes.

This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and are legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Account Creation & Security Responsibilities

Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 1780 platform. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information during registration may result in account termination without prior notice.

1780 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, including requesting valid identification documents, proof of address, or any other additional information deemed necessary to meet legal compliance requirements.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential and not sharing it with anyone. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to our support team.

1780 will never ask for your password via email, message, or phone call. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact our customer support at [email protected] without delay.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

As a 1780 platform user, you agree to comply with all of the following terms of use:

  • Register a single account with truthful information
  • Contact support for any enquiries or issues
  • Setting deposit and time limits for personal control
Strictly Prohibited
  • Using automation, bots, or third-party software to access the platform
  • Opening more than one account to circumvent restrictions
  • Transferring account funds to unrelated third parties
  • Any attempt to manipulate the system or exploit technical vulnerabilities

Violation of any of the above rules may result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account, and any associated funds may be withheld pending an internal investigation.

4. Financial Transactions & Payment Information

All financial transactions on the 1780 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Transaction Terms

  • Deposit: Funds deposited into your account are treated as gaming balance and are subject to current platform terms. 1780 reserves the right to reject or withhold any deposit suspected of originating from an unlawful source.
  • Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests can only be processed once full identity verification is complete. Processing times vary depending on the selected payment method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to several business days.
  • Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are set according to the selected payment method and are subject to change from time to time. Check your account page for the latest limit information.
  • Processing Fees: 1780 does not charge processing fees for standard deposits. However, some third-party payment providers may impose additional charges that are beyond our control.
  • Financial Fraud: Any activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or unauthorised transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities and the user's account will be suspended immediately.

5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policy

1780 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised access to user data that occurs beyond our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 1780 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of 1780 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any of this content without prior written permission.

Account Suspension & Closure

1780 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user found to be in breach of these Terms, involved in fraudulent activity, or acting in a manner that is harmful to the platform or other users. Suspension may occur without prior notice in serious cases.

6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

The 1780 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Access to external sites is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to These Terms

1780 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior specific notice. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
